The Challenge

India's electric two-wheeler market had strong growth momentum, but lacked a unified online platform where buyers could discover, compare, and confidently purchase across multiple brands. As a custom, high-volume transactional system, Lilypad redefines the region's green-mobility e-commerce sector.

Product decision-making for EVs is inherently complex—buyers need clarity on specs, range, financing options, brand credibility, and after-sales support before committing. Sellers, meanwhile, needed digital tools to self-manage inventory, update pricing, and track orders without depending on intermediaries. Overall, the challenge was delivering a trustworthy, transparent digital experience for high-involvement EV purchases—one that could educate buyers, empower sellers, and build lasting confidence in the online EV buying journey.

Crafted a self-service seller dashboard where brand partners can manage product listings, update inventory levels, monitor orders, and track performance with an architecture optimized to sync with React Native applications

Launched a blog, community forum, and live news feed to educate buyers, surface genuine user reviews, and build ecosystem-wide trust—positioning Lilypad as the go-to resource for EV knowledge in India
