International IT Sales Executive

    About the role

    We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented International IT Sales Executive who can generate leads, build strong client relationships, and close international projects for our IT services business. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound sales, lead generation, LinkedIn networking, Upwork bidding, cold outreach, and consultative selling for web/mobile/software development services. You will work directly with founders and technical teams to identify opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients across international markets including the USA, Canada, UK, UAE, and Australia.
QualificationBachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred, Freshers with excellent communication and strong learning attitude are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • starGenerate international leads through: LinkedIn outreach, Cold emails, Cold calling, Upwork/Fiverr/Freelancer platforms, Social media networking, Agency partnerships & referrals
  • starIdentify client pain points and propose suitable IT solutions
  • starHandle end-to-end sales process: Lead generation, Requirement gathering, Discovery calls, Proposal sharing, Negotiation, Deal closure
  • starSell services related to: Web development, Mobile app development, SaaS platforms, AI automation, CRM/ERP systems, Custom software solutions
  • starCoordinate with internal technical teams for project understanding and smooth onboarding
  • starMaintain CRM, sales pipeline, and follow-up activities
  • starBuild long-term relationships with international clients and agencies
  • starAchieve monthly sales and revenue targets
